Exterior:

Solid rust free frame and bird cage. The body was taken down to the bare glass three years ago, block sanded and re-painted in correct coded Mulsanne Blue – accurate and excellent finish - 8.5/10. Chrome and stainless are in excellent to mint condition - 9/10. Convertible top is correct in white and is brand new! - 10/10. New front chin spoiler. New front license plate bracket. It also includes its original spare tire carrier along with a brand new correct spare Rallye wheel with powder coat finish in Argent / Silver and raised white letter radial tire. (Yes, even the spare wheel is new!) Four "almost" new red-line radial tires with less than 3k miles on them are present at all four corners. As you can see in the photos, the red-lines on this gorgeous blue / white color combo make this car pop! It is even more exciting; in person...

Interior:

Interior is code correct Dark Blue for 1971 - seats are in standard vinyl and are in good condition - with no rips or tears, dash and doors are in matching Dark Blue and are in very good condition - no cracks or rips; the carpet is mint / brand new in Dark Blue from Al Knoch, with correct standard loop and finish. All rear storage boxes and covers are also newly trimmed. All gauges are functioning - except for the clock.

Engine/Systems:

The standard 350 ci / 270 hp engine is original and matching numbers to the car / vin. Motor has been rebuilt with L-79 high performance "double-hump" heads, a hotter camshaft and select updates have been added for performance and drivability - including exhaust headers and MSD pointless upgraded HEI style ignition. Carb is original and correct and newly rebuilt. The exhaust system beyond the headers is all completely new stainless steel and in mint shape. All of the vacuum and electrical systems - headlights, turn signals, reverse lights, wipers, horn, etc... have all recently been gone through and worn parts and components have been replaced - new headlight actuators, wiper motor, etc... all auxiliary systems work perfectly!  Recent tune up - valve check, new plugs, wires, and ignition timing adjustments. This car starts easily, pulls strong and shifts seamlessly. It runs with no hesitation. It is perfectly suited to drive everyday - no overheating, stalls or any drivability issues.

Suspension:

Most rubber bushings are new - or are in excellent condition. New steering arm / idler arm. Shocks and steering gear are all in excellent running order. Perfect OEM stance. Car handles extremely well, rides comfortably and drives great!!

Brakes:

Brakes have been checked - no leaks or pulling, solid brake lines, brake pads are in excellent shape. Stainless steel sleeved brake calipers were installed previous to our ownership and it stops straight and true – better than when it was new.

To Summarize:

This car is a great driver - a strong and correct base motor, summer cruising - CONVERTIBLE!
